According to this ranking, Madrid stands out for the excellent quality of its urban life and, in particular, for its varied cultural and leisure offer. Nine out of ten expatriates positively qualify health in terms of quality and accessibility. Transport and climate are other points that are best valued by foreigners who work in the Spanish capital.
This is not the first time that the city appears among the best cities in the world for expatriate professionals, since in 2017 it was also among the 10 best valued for their quality of life, according to the same ranking. Thus, 54% of the foreigners said they felt happier in Madrid than in their cities of origin.
