The legitimacy of the data processing may be based on the consent of the interested parties and / or the fulfilment of a legal obligation and / or the fulfilment of a mission carried out in the public interest and / or the protection of vital interests and / or the execution of a contract.

 
The length of time that data can be kept depends on the specific purpose for which the data is being processed.

 
Data collected will only be subject to transfer, where appropriate, with the consent of the person concerned or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation.

 
Persons whose personal data is processed by the Madrid City Council may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing data and data portability, as well as to oppose individual automated decisions, including the creation of profiles as set out in current relevant legislation, before the relevant authority that is responsible for the file. If the relevant body responsible for the file is unknown, the request may be sent to the General Directorate of Transparency and Citizenship, Calle Alcalá nº 45, 28014 - Madrid.

 
The aforementioned rights can also be exercised online through the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council.
 


Users also have the right to file a complaint online with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
